This completely thorough online assessment provides a clear understanding of your own personal selling style and how to adapt more effectively to communicate with persons of differing styles. The assessment is built upon four primary behavioral types and analyzes how these areas influence our behavior, communication, personality and selling style.    These four areas include:

  • Influence (the influencer)
  • Steadiness (the steady supporter/relator)
  • Compliance (the critical analyzer)

The DISC test also provides insight as to how to coach the individual salesperson and how to get the most out of the sales team. It can also be processed to analyze management and employee styles.
