AssessmentsSales Skills Summary Management ReportThe Sales Skills Summary Management Report is a useful tool for managers and individual sales representatives to determine personal and group sales skills. Here's how it works: The individual takes the 55-question assessment to establish a ground basis of the salesperson's current sales skill set in 11 different areas. The individual will receive his/her own scores. The designated manager(s) of the company will then receive the accumulated results of all representatives, giving an overview of how the entire sales team stacks up with overall ratings. If the sales team is participating in New View's training program, individuals may take the assessment several more times to ascertain where the greatest improvements have occurred and in which areas future training needs to be focused…for each unique individual and for the sales team as a whole.
